The rate of increase in publicly announced apartment prices nationwide was 19.05%, slightly lower than the 19.08% disclosed at the time of the draft.



As the quoted price jumped, owners' submission of opinions also increased significantly.



The total number of opinion submissions was 49,000, an increase of 32.5% from last year.



Opinions were received on about 2,400 cases, which is about 5% of them, and the public price of about 50,000 households is adjusted for additional households such as those adjacent to them.



The rate of adjustment of the public announcement price due to the opinion of the owners has doubled from 2.4% last year to 5% this year.



In particular, in the case of Sejong, the number of opinion submissions this year exceeded 4,000, 15 times that of last year.



The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport also released basic data used as the basis for calculating the published price.



In the basic data, the building structure, total number of households, and direction of households, as well as the surrounding environment such as educational facilities, transportation environment, and convenience facilities, were taken into account.



The actualization rate, which is the ratio of the publicly disclosed price to the market price, is 70.2%, up 1.2 percentage points from last year.



The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport plans to adjust and disclose the public price on June 25 after receiving an objection by the 28th of the following month after the announcement of the decision tomorrow.
