There are several technical difficulties, one is the curtain frame, which is on the tool; the other is the second wave of water when copying; the other is that when the paper is drying, the paper cannot be held by the hand, and it is even more difficult. Caught.
[Explanation] Jingxian County, Anhui Province is a well-known rice paper hometown in China. The "rice paper making skills" have been approved by the State Council to be included in the national intangible cultural heritage protection list.
According to Zhang Biliang, the most difficult and most critical part of the ancient process of hand-made paper is paper fishing. This link directly determines the thickness and flatness of the paper, and the paper-fishing masters must carefully and closely cooperate.

Wu Bingyan, a native of Dingjiaqiao Papermaker in Jingxian County, has been in the business for 37 years. He is mainly responsible for the drying process in the finished product workshop.

After the paper is collected, it must be dried in the place where the paper is collected. After the paper is dried, we will give it to us. Then we will use steam to dry the post. After drying, we will re-water it. After pouring it to the proper humidity, we have to master it, and then put it on this shelf. After it is installed, our workers will fix it with nails before it can be erected. After erecting, we will manually remove it one by one and move it up. Paste drying, after drying, peeling off one by one, and then putting it here is not considered a finished product. After being inspected by the inspection workshop, it can be cut before it can be called the finished product.
[Explanation] There are nearly a hundred processes in the production of rice paper. As a traditional handmade treasure, it has the characteristics of larger size, greater difficulty in copying, and higher artistic value.
The four-zhang rice paper produced on that day successfully challenged the new Guinness World Record after being appraised by experts and measured by professional surveyors.

So just after the review and confirmation of our experts and witnesses, we confirmed that our rice paper production process is in line with the traditional production process, and finally determined the quality of the finished rice paper, reaching commercial and professional standards, then at the same time our surveyors have completed After the measurement, we finally obtained the measurement results, and finally we performed the final certification, so it is confirmed that the rice paper made by Samsung Paper Co., Ltd. in Jingxian County, Anhui Province this time, its final size is 13.61 meters long and 4.05 meters wide. So it exceeds the challenge target.
[Explanation] It is understood that there are currently more than 1,000 rice paper, calligraphy and painting paper production, processing and sales businesses and enterprises in Dingjiaqiao Town, Jing County, producing more than 1,000 products such as rice paper, deep-processed rice paper products, and handmade paper for calligraphy and painting.
The products are exported to all parts of the world including Europe and Southeast Asia, with annual sales exceeding RMB 1.5 billion.
