During the period, seven key projects of coordinated development including Baoding Zhongguancun Industrial Finance Center were signed.
Sun Jing, deputy director of the Management Committee of Baoding National High-tech Zone, said that in recent years, the area has focused on the cultivation of strategic emerging industries, gathering information technology, new materials, and general health industries. According to Hu Dehui, deputy general manager of Beijing Zhongguancun Information Valley Asset Management Co., Ltd., in 2015, Zhongguancun’s first innovation center outside Beijing, Baoding Zhongguancun Innovation Center, was officially unveiled.
In 2016, Baoding Zhongguancun Innovation Base started operations.
In the past 6 years, the center has gathered more than 400 high-tech enterprises of various types, and the model of "Beijing R&D, Baoding transformation, serving the capital, and linkage with Xiong'an" has gradually taken shape.

At the scene, Baoding Zhongguancun Information Valley Technology Service Co., Ltd. and Jinghui Fengyun Industry Group (Hainan Special Economic Zone) Co., Ltd. jointly built the "Baoding Zhongguancun Industrial Finance Center", and Beijing Zhongke Electric High-tech Co., Ltd. and Beijing Maifei Technology Co., Ltd. cooperated. 7 key collaborative development projects including "Smart Agriculture Technology", Baoding Xuanyun Turbojet Power Equipment R&D Co., Ltd. and Weihai Guangtai Airport Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly built "high-performance turbojet engines".
On the same day, Baoding Zhongguancun Digital Economy Industrial Park, an industrial entity invested and operated by Zhongguancun outside Beijing for the first time, was launched simultaneously, and 12 interested companies were attracted to sign contracts.
