We have two parts: written examination and practical operation.

Like the written test, we also have a brief answer on the assessment of laws and regulations, as well as (based on) practical questions.

In practice, we will do one-to-one assessments.

(Answer) More difficult questions.

[Explanation] After internal appraisal and recommendation, and official review, Xin Yi became the only person in Gansu area of the company to obtain an intermediate professional title.

She told reporters that, unlike other professions, express delivery practitioners do not make rigid requirements for papers in their job titles.

For the thesis, there are requirements. If not, it is an assessment from other aspects. (I) have the certificate of senior technician, plus the work and performance are all possible.

As for wages, there is no increase for the time being.

But I think it is my honor to get a title, and it is also an affirmation of my work.

(This is also) we are very grateful to the community.

[Explanation] Lu Shaobo, the first-level director of the Personnel Department of the Gansu Provincial Postal Administration, said in an exclusive interview with a reporter from China News Agency that before this, the express industry lacked a professional evaluation system, which also made it difficult for the working environment to match the development of the industry.

The practice of including the express delivery industry in the title evaluation system is a useful attempt.

Most of the courier practitioners who declare their titles are front-line workers. These people don't have much time to prepare papers at all. Therefore, in the process of title review, there are no rigid requirements for papers.

The focus is still on character, the second is his ability, and the third is his performance.

[Explanation] It is understood that in accordance with the actual situation of the express industry in Gansu, the evaluation of professional titles is divided into three majors: express equipment engineering, express network engineering, and express information engineering, covering all types of work in the express industry.

In this regard, Lu Shaobo believes that this move will help dispel the society's perception of the “temporary” nature of express delivery personnel, thereby deepening their sense of professional identity.
