JR Tokai President Shin Kaneko held a press conference in Nagoya on the 27th, regarding the outlook for the total construction cost between Shinagawa and Nagoya on the Linear Chuo Shinkansen, from about 5.52 trillion yen to 1.5 trillion yen.
