Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 5.2 billion dirhams.

According to the daily report of transactions, 275 pledges were recorded at a value of 540.45 million dirhams, of which 41 pledges were made to lands valued at 100.77 million dirhams, and 234 pledges to apartments and villas at a value of 439.69 million dirhams, while mortgages recorded 4.61 billion, while 17 donations were recorded at 44.09 million dirhams.

The most important land swaps came with nine million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, followed by seven million dirhams in the Al-Barsha South Al-Rabeea area, and then a five million dirham pledge in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.

The third “Habiya” led the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 22 pledges at a value of 40 million dirhams, followed by Nad Al Sheba, the third region, with four sales at a value of 11 million dirhams, and a third in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, with three sales of 18 million dirhams.

As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 35 million dirhams came in the Al Thanyah 4 region, the most important of which was followed by a sale of 17 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally, a pledge of 16 million dirhams in the Al-Merkadh area.

Al-Jadaf region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 50 pledges at a value of 34 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina with 29 pledges of 66 million dirhams, and a third in the Al-Barsha South fourth district, with 16 pledges at a value of 11 million dirhams.
