A permit from "Etihad" Airlines regarding travel to India

Etihad Airways said that, following the recent directives issued by the UAE government, the transportation of travelers from India to the UAE will be banned for a period of 10 days, which can be extended, as of April 25, 2021.

A spokesman for Etihad Airways said that the airline would continue to operate flights to India, transporting passengers from its network of destinations and from Abu Dhabi.

He noted that Etihad Airways will not be allowed to carry passengers from India, except for UAE citizens, holders of diplomatic passports, holders of official employees passports, or those who hold official dispatches, as they are exempt from entry restrictions to the UAE, provided that these passengers are subject to the conditions of admission and quarantine.

He indicated that cargo flights will continue to operate as usual and without effect between the two destinations.
