On April 23, the Bank of Russia began publishing its forecast for the trajectory of the key rate change, including it among other macroeconomic indicators.

On average, in 2021, the key rate will be in the range of 4.8-5.4%.

Earlier, the Central Bank of Russia raised the key rate to 5%.
