Siluanov headed the Supervisory Board of Sberbank in 2020 after the Russian government instead of the Central Bank became the main shareholder of the bank.
In May last year, the Russian government and the Central Bank signed a shareholder agreement on Sberbank, the regulator transferred the last share of the bank to the Cabinet.
