Internet quality problems have risen to the surface due to accusations from a famous YouTuber.



It means that the speed of KT's 10GB BPS products has actually experienced a drop in quality to 100 megaBPS, which is about 1/100th level.



The 10GBPs Internet fee is 88,000 won per month, 4 times more expensive than 100MBPS.

KT apologized, "There was an error in setting some customer speed information during equipment expansion and replacement of the 10 Giga Internet." 178 customers using 10 Giga Explained that the damage was confirmed by 24 people in the middle.



Even in the clarification of KT, suspicion about the intentionality of slowing down continued.



An industry official raised the possibility of a problem with the service itself, saying, "KT, which has strengths in wired communication, has not changed its infrastructure, but has taken too much drive to expand optical cable subscribers."



The government announced a thorough investigation of KT, as well as all Internet services such as SKB and LGU+.



The target of the survey is also expected to be expanded to all Internet products.
