Mr. Kim, who lives in Incheon, applied for a rental housing for LH multi-children in February.
The multi-child charter rental housing is a system in which LH provides a deposit of 130 million won for renters with two or more children.
Basic living recipients and the second-tier are the first, and Kim, who was the second-ranked person, applied for first place due to an error.
Knowing that he had made the wrong application, he thought that he had been eliminated, but LH sent a text message to Mr. Kim on the 17th of last month that he had been selected as a target for rental housing.

You said you won.] When
a mail with an explanation of how to contract for rental housing was sent, Kim thought that the prize was confirmed, so he entered into a temporary contract with the housing landlord.
However, on the 15th, one month after the winning notification, LH suddenly informed Kim that the winning was cancelled.

LH said, "The text message was sent incorrectly because Mr. Kim was not deleted from the list of first-ranked winners due to a mistake in the processing process." "I went through the provisional contract," he explained.
Two weeks before the expiration of the charter contract, Mr. Kim was in a position without a home to move immediately after dropping the temporary down payment due to an LH error.
