In the first quarter, the growth rate of my country's private enterprises' imports and exports was 13.5% higher than the overall growth rate of my country's foreign trade in the same period, becoming the most important driving force for the growth of my country's foreign trade imports and exports.

The growth rate of commodities such as household appliances, computers, medical materials and medicines exported by private enterprises exceeded 70%.

The growth rate of imported metal mines and ore, unwrought copper and copper materials, cosmetics and other commodities all exceeded 50%.

In the first quarter, the foreign trade import and export of my country's central and western regions was 1.5 trillion yuan, an increase of 45.1%. The growth rate was 15.9 percentage points higher than the overall growth rate of my country's foreign trade. The proportion of the country's import and export increased by 2 percentage points compared with the same period last year, reaching 17.8%.

The further optimization of the domestic regional layout also fully demonstrates that my country's central and western regions continue to exert their own advantages, the ability to undertake industrial transfers has increased, and the foreign trade potential has been further explored.

Among them, imports and exports to Vietnam, Indonesia, and Poland have achieved rapid growth.

In the first quarter, the import and export of the comprehensive bonded zone increased by 41.1%, the import and export of the pilot free trade zone increased by 28.4%, and the import of duty-free goods in the Hainan Free Trade Port increased by 162.5%.

In addition, the proportion of my country's general trade import and export increased by 1.3 percentage points over the same period last year, and the proportion of mechanical and electrical products exports exceeded 60%.

The above-mentioned data all reflect that my country's foreign trade is continuously optimized in terms of trade subjects, domestic regional layout, international market layout, trade methods, product structure, etc., and the quality of foreign trade development is steadily improving.
