　　China News Service, Beijing, April 13 (Reporter Pang Wuji) Ning Jizhe, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission of China, said at a round table on the 13th that the business community of China and the United States have become increasingly close in economic and trade exchanges. A community of interests that cannot be broken up.

　　Ning Jizhe attended the "National Development and Reform Commission and the High-level Roundtable of American Multinational Enterprises in China" and delivered a speech on the same day.

He pointed out that over the past 40 years of reform and opening up, foreign-funded enterprises have actively participated in China's reform and opening up process and are an important part of China's economic development.

　　According to data released by the General Administration of Customs on the 13th, ASEAN, the European Union, the United States and Japan were China’s top four trading partners in the first quarter of this year.

Among them, Sino-US trade volume reached 1.08 trillion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 61.3%, which was faster than ASEAN, EU and Japan.

　　During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, China will build a new development pattern with domestic and international cycles as the mainstay and mutual promotion of domestic and international cycles to achieve high-quality development.

In this regard, Ning Jizhe said that the domestic big cycle is by no means self-enclosed and self-sufficient, but a double cycle of adherence to open cooperation, making better use of the two international and domestic markets and two resources to achieve more robust and sustainable development.

　　He said that China will unswervingly expand its opening to the outside world and build a new high-level open economic system.

China welcomes companies from all over the world, including American companies, to participate more in China's opening up, expand bilateral and multilateral economic and trade exchanges, and share China's development achievements and growth opportunities.

　　Ning Jizhe emphasized that the market opportunities China provides to other countries will be broader and become a huge gravitational field for attracting international commodities and factor resources.
