<Anchor> It is a

friendly economic time.

Reporter Kim Hye-min is here.

These days, it was said that the results of a survey of the companies that college students want to go to are found. Where do you want to go the most?

<Reporter> When

I got a job, banks and public corporations were the most preferred places for college students.

But recently, a lot has changed.

In the first half of this year, I asked where they would like to get a job for job-prepared students who graduated from a four-year university.

It was a preferred company by 15.4% of job seekers.

Naver, the two largest mountain ranges in the IT industry, also ranked fourth.

Samsung Electronics, which did not miss first place a few years ago, went down to second place.

Hyundai Motor Company was also pushed out as the third most preferred job for job seekers.

The number of job-prepared students who want to enter the IT industry is increasing, and we also asked why.

I think I can keep a free company atmosphere and a war label.

And you can develop your own capabilities.

I heard this reason and so on.

<Anchor>

is also very popular in the IT industry.

Recently, it is said that they draw a lot and they pay a lot of salary.

It seems that the interest has increased as there are many articles like this, but the people selected in the IT industry are mainly developers.

But you said that liberal arts students are also preparing to become developers?

<Reporter>

Due to Corona 19, the demand for non-face-to-face services is exploding.

At the same time, the IT industry is hiring the developers needed for this on a large scale.

Naver said it would hire 900 developers this year alone.

Kakao Commerce recently released such unprecedented benefits as'we will provide stock options worth 100 million won to new developers.'

So these days, even those who have fewer jobs and those who are preparing for employment are learning to code and preparing for a job as a developer.

However, industry insiders are pointing out, "We should stop fantasizing about IT developers."

When you become a developer, you receive a billion-dollar salary from a good IT company.

Despite this perception, he said that it is only about a small number of large companies, and that places with a small salary and many overtime work are common.

<Anchor> As

I just said, what college students dream of now is that if they get a job in the IT industry, they will enjoy a great war label and receive a lot of salary.

It's because of this expectation.

But you said the evaluation of the actual employees was different?

<Reporter>

There is a score for the incumbent to honestly evaluate the company again.

'Blind', an anonymous community of workers, received evaluation scores from people who have been proven to be in the company. .

Kakao, ranked #1 in companies that want to find a job, scored 3.7 out of 5 points.

It fell sharply from 4.6 points last July.

To be more specific, the reward for work or the evaluation score for the company's management has declined.

Kakao has recently been controversial that the personnel evaluation is harsh and nonsense.

Naver also received a nearly perfect score of 4.8 from its incumbents last year, but recently it has dropped to 3.3.

It's a big advantage for employees to go to a company that you can tell by name, but war labels and work rewards aren't good.

I made a lot of evaluations like this.

It seems that there have been many office workers who are disappointed with the company in the past year when IT companies are growing into large corporations.

As for <Anchor>,

I feel once again that the gap between reality and ideal is big.

In addition to this, you said there were companies with outstanding evaluation of the incumbent?

<Reporter>

Recently, there have been companies that have had controversy over salaries and incentives.

The score here has dropped significantly.

At Hyundai Motor Company, the third time job seekers wanted to go, their incumbent scores dropped from 4.2 points a year ago to 2.2 points recently.

Many employees complained that their salaries and incentives were significantly lower than those of executives.

Recently, Hyundai Motor Company's office workers and research staff are preparing to establish a union.

SK Hynix, which was controversial at the beginning of this year as a method of calculating incentives, also received a relatively high score of 3.7 points last year, but recently dropped to 1.9 points.

LG Electronics had a low score of 1.9 points both a year ago and now.

LG Electronics also had a lot of dissatisfaction with employees due to the large difference in performance pay by division.

An office worker union was also established in February.

Lastly, LH, which is under suspicion of employee speculation on land, was a bit lower than the average with an evaluation of 3.1 by its employees.

They scored low in management, salary and welfare.
