Ithraa Dubai completes construction of the external structure of the One Zabeel Towers
"Ithraa Dubai", the real estate development company, wholly owned by the Government Investment Corporation of Dubai, announced the completion of the construction of the external structure in "Tower A" and "Tower B" in its iconic "One Zabeel" project, which represents an additional achievement in the main project of the developer.
This achievement also included the arrival of "Tower A" to the highest construction point and the completion of the construction phase of the structure in "One Zabeel".
Ithraa Dubai celebrated this stage in an exclusive ceremony attended by the CEO of Ithraa Dubai, Issam Galadari, and the company's head of real estate development, Raad Al Jarrah.
Galadari said, "(Wen Zabeel) reflects the true spirit of Dubai and echoes the city's message of unlimited ambition, innovative luxury and innovative engineering."
He added, "(Wen Zabeel) today has reached the peak of construction with the completion of the structure of the two towers (A and B), as this iconic project presents an innovative concept in architecture, ultra-luxury facilities and distinctive construction to be added as a new miracle on the world map."
"Ithraa Dubai" expects the completion of the cladding phase in "Tower A", "Tower B" and "The Link" by the end of 2021, which means the completion of all external works in "One Zabeel", so that work on internal construction and equipping will continue with greater focus.
