Shanghai Announces 23 Tasks and Measures to Promote Consumption Improvement and Capacity Expansion to Build a World-Class Business Circle
CCTV News: On April 8, the Shanghai Municipal Government held a press conference and announced the latest "Plan for Upgrading the Energy Level of Shanghai International Trade Center during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period".
During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Shanghai will basically be built into a global trade hub, Asia-Pacific investment gateway, international consumption center city, Asia-Pacific supply chain management center, an innovative highland for trade and investment systems, and an all-round international convention and exhibition capital.
The "Plan" puts forward 23 key tasks and measures in 6 areas, and proposes to further explore and expand offshore trade and other new trade developments, enhance the function of re-export trade hubs, and expand the development potential of cross-border e-commerce. A distribution center for import and export commodities radiating Asia-Pacific.
The "Planning" also proposes that Shanghai will promote the continuous improvement and expansion of consumption, build an international consumption center city, build multi-level commercial landmarks, and create a world-class business district.
