According to the New Deal, starting at 9 o'clock today (April 9), applicants can view the review results of their first application this year.

This year will be equipped with 32,000 household new energy minibus indicators

  According to the regulations of the New Policy for the Regulation of the Number of Passenger Cars in Beijing, applicants can fill in the application for the allocation of passenger cars during the two declaration periods from January 1 to March 8, and from August 1 to October 8 each year.

For applications submitted between January 1 and March 8, you can log in to the system to check the results of individual applications and family applications from 9 a.m. on April 9.

  It is understood that the quota quota is determined annually.

New energy passenger car indicators are allocated on May 26 each year, and ordinary passenger car indicators are allocated on June 26 and December 26 each year.

The quota of indicators shall not be allocated across the year.

  According to information previously released by the Beijing Municipal Office of Small Bus Indicators, the annual quota for small passenger cars in 2021 is 100,000, of which 40,000 are for ordinary indicators and 60,000 for new energy.

  In terms of ordinary passenger car indicators, the individual and family indicator quotas account for 95.5% of the annual ordinary passenger vehicle indicator quota, a total of 38,200, and individuals and families share the same pool; the unit indicator quota accounts for 4% of the annual indicator quota, totaling 1,600; operation The quota of small passenger cars accounts for 0.5% of the annual quota, a total of 200.

  In terms of new energy minibus indicators, household indicator quotas account for about 54.2% of the annual new energy minibus indicator quotas, a total of 32,520; personal indicator quotas account for about 36.1% of the annual indicator quotas, totaling 21,680; unit indicator quotas account for about 54.2% of the annual indicator quota 5%, a total of 3000; the indicator quota for operating passenger cars accounts for about 4.7% of the annual indicator quota, a total of 2800.

If there are objections to the audit results, a review should be filed before April 23

  After the implementation of the new policy for the regulation of the number of passenger cars in Beijing, the original 6 lottery plus 1 new energy indicator allocation method has also been adjusted, and it has been changed to twice a year lottery plus 1 new energy indicator allocation.

The New Deal stipulates that units, families and individuals can submit applications for allocation indicators from January 1 to March 8, and from August 1 to October 8 each year.

  Among them, for applications submitted from January 1 to March 8, the indicator management agency will collect and send to relevant departments on March 9 for review. The relevant departments should feed back the review results before April 8 and apply for units, families and individuals. The audit results can be inquired on the designated website or the external office window set up by each district government.

If there is any objection to the review result, an application for review shall be filed before April 23 (within 15 days), and the corresponding review unit shall feed back the review result before May 24.

  What needs to be emphasized is that if the applicant unit, family, or individual submits a review application but the review fails, they cannot submit a review application again. If they need to continue to apply for indicators, they should apply again.

If the applicant unit, family, or individual disagrees with the review results made by the review department but fails to submit a review application within the specified time, it shall be deemed to have given up the review. If it is necessary to continue to apply for indicators, it shall apply again.

  Within the validity period of the application, if the number of family applicants increases or decreases due to birth or death, but the family principal applicant has not changed, the application should be changed; if other changes occur, the application should be re-applied.

Both the change application and reapplication will be reviewed with the next indicator configuration.

After passing the review, the total family points are recalculated.

After passing the review, the validity period of the application will be kept until March 8th of the following year

  Yesterday, the Beijing Municipal Office of Small Bus Indicators issued the "Explanation on Re-examination of Relevant Situations After the Expiry of the Application for Small Bus Allocation Indicators".

Applicants are reminded again that after an individual or family application is approved, the validity period of the application will remain until March 8th of the following year.

  If the allocation index is not obtained, it will be automatically transferred to the next index allocation within the validity period of the application. From March 9th to April 8th each year, the application qualifications of all individual and family applicants will be reviewed again.

  Among them, for the social insurance premium payment information of applicants who "hold a Beijing residence permit and have paid social insurance premiums and individual income tax in Beijing for the past five years", the review of the validity period of the application starts from the previous month (every February) It is estimated that 60 months of continuous payment of social insurance premiums in Beijing can not be broken (if there is a broken month, it will be effective after the supplementary payment).

  For the individual tax payment information of applicants who “hold a Beijing residence permit and have paid social insurance premiums and individual income tax in Beijing for the past five consecutive years”, the review application will start from the previous year of the expiration date and calculate it for five consecutive years. If the individual income tax is paid in Beijing, and the tax amount is greater than zero, the month can be broken, but the year cannot be broken, and the tax payment date shall prevail (if there is a broken year, the supplementary payment is invalid).
