Fractional payment and structural ERTE

The Treasury has approved the ministerial standard in the BOE with the intention of "reducing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the fulfillment of the tax obligations of citizens."
However, this measure seems insufficient to solve a problem that also threatens to reproduce next year.
First, because for many workers having to pay these taxes is a notable economic setback since their income is limited.
And secondly, because ERTEs are expanding over time, given that the economy is still not working and many areas have very limited activity, a situation that may cause
similar situations to be reproduced in the next campaign

Another option is to pay personal income tax for the amount received and later, when the return to the SEPE occurs, do the same with the Treasury requesting a rectification.
That is, pay more taxes.
