Uncompromising in the face of Benjamin Netanyahu, the judges demanded his presence at the court in Jerusalem on Monday, April 5, for the start of witness hearings.
A large-scale trial.
More than 300 people must be heard.
Three days of hearings each week.
This could last for several months or even a year.

A judicial coup
"
Reconciling the exercise of power
and the judicial calendar
is a difficult task.
So the detractors of Benyamin Netanyahu, demand his withdrawal from political life.
No question for the outgoing Prime Minister, who cries scandal and denounces "
a judicial coup
" orchestrated against him.
Looking grave, his face covered by a black mask, Benjamin Netanyahu remained in court for just an hour.
Without majority
At the same time, gathered at the presidential residence, his lieutenants defended his candidacy.
They recommend him to the post of head of the new government, following the legislative elections of March 23.
But neither he nor his opponents currently have the majority necessary to lead the country.
