Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Lists € 1.1 Billion in Bonds of MDGH-GMTN
The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange announced the listing of a € 1.1 billion bond issued by the MDGH-GMTNB company, guaranteed by Maamoura Diversified Global Holding, the wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company.
These bonds were listed in two tranches:
The first is due in 2027 and the second in 2034.
The first tranche is for a period of 6 years, valued at 600 million euros, and at a fixed interest rate of 0.375%, while the second is for a period of 13 years, with a value of 500 million euros, at a fixed interest rate of 1%.
These bonds were first listed on the London Stock Exchange, and they are listed on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange under the symbol XSMDGH0327.
The coupons are to be distributed to investors annually, on credit.
