It is understood that the sleeper factory is located in Xiuning County, Huangshan City, covering an area of about 65 acres, and is responsible for the prefabrication of 652,000 double-block sleepers for the Anhui section of the Changjinghuang Railway and the Chihuang Railway.
The maximum designed production capacity is 1,600 pieces/day, the maximum storage capacity is about 150,000 pieces, and the total contract price is 178 million yuan.
The sleeper factory trial-produced the first batch of sleepers on January 8, 2021. As of April 1, 21,196 sleepers had been prefabricated, laying the foundation for the construction of the Changjinghuang Railway ballastless track.

The main line of Changjing-Yellow High-speed Railway is 286 kilometers long with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
