As airline management becomes more difficult due to the effects of the new coronavirus, ANA Holdings and Japan Airlines are increasing the number of employees sent to outside companies to maintain employment.

Of these, ANA Holdings said that when it announced structural reforms in October last year, it would send more than 400 employees to the outside, but now the number of employees seconded in a period of six months to two years is increasing. It means that there are about 750 people.

Japan Airlines is also increasing the number of seconded employees, and it is said that an average of about 1,400 employees are currently working outside, including short-term employees.

Both companies accept a wide range of fields, including local governments, hotels, real estate companies, and banks.

In the aviation industry, while demand is not expected to recover, we are utilizing secondment to the outside to maintain employment of employees, but after the infection has subsided, experience in different industries will be used to improve services in our main business I want to connect.
