Mr. A, the representative of a real estate developer, bought the right to compensate landlords for the profit of development in the Gwacheon area.

If accepted, the right to receive other land in the new town instead of the compensation money was bought, but the landlords said that even though it was illegal, the landlords handed over the right to Mr. A, saying that they would give more than twice the compensation amount.

The landlords did not report illegal profits as income, and Mr. A paid his relatives for fake labor expenses and stole them, and all of them were subjected to tax audits.

Mr. B, who bought farmland from the planned development area by decorating it like farming, resells the farmland to the agricultural corporation he established.

When farmers sell farmland to agricultural corporations, they abused the system that lowers the transfer tax.

Mr. B is even receiving suspicion of an expedient gift by selling the shares of this corporation at low prices to other corporations whose children are shareholders.

In the past eight years, the National Tax Service investigated land transactions in the third new city and found 165 tax evasion suspects.

Since the source of the funds is unclear, there are many cases of suspected donations as expedient gifts, and there are also several cases of tax evasion through planned real estate or fake agricultural corporations that deprived the profits after splitting the stake in the planned development site.
