<Anchor> An

additional candidate site for public redevelopment has been released, in which a part of the pre-sale quantity is supplied through public lease instead of participating in redevelopment by public institutions such as LH and SH.

The government's goal is to supply up to 25,000 households to 24 locations, adding up to the eight locations announced earlier in January and the 16 locations that were released this time, but there are not one or two mountains to overcome.

Reporter Jeon Hyeong-woo's report.

<Reporter> The

2nd public redevelopment candidates included 16 sites, including Sanggye District 3 in Nowon-gu, Hongeun District 1 in Seodaemun-gu, and Geoyeo Saemaeul in Songpa-gu.

This is Dongjak-gu main-dong selected as a candidate site for public redevelopment.

It is a place where you can see the Han River close by, and houses over 20 years old are concentrated.

As for the new candidate map, most of the old residential areas of more than 50,000 square meters are located in the station area.

Redevelopment discussions have been made. The crowded Sinwol 7-dong District 2 is a welcoming atmosphere, saying that it will be an opportunity for the business to accelerate.

However, four sites, including Hannam District 1, which were attracting attention with'redevelopment fish', were left out of the candidate site due to opposition from residents who prefer private redevelopment.

Just because it was announced as a candidate site, it does not mean that the business prospects are bright.

In the case of the eight candidate sites announced earlier in January, only one resident briefing session was held, and in Heukseok District 2, the progress of the project is sluggish due to disagreements between SH and residents over profitability.

Above all, there is a lot of distrust in the public, which has been brought about by allegations of speculation by LH employees.

Candidate Yeo-Ya, mayor of Seoul, is showing disagreement with public-led development, and the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will soon change. Because it is scheduled, the power may drop.

Tomorrow (31st), the government will unveil the candidate site for the urban station area development project, which is the core of the 2 and 4 supply measures.

It is an analysis that it clearly demonstrates the will to push for supply measures against various adverse events.
