China News Service, Guiding, Guiding, March 27 (Qu Honglun, Yuan Chao, Zhao Lei) On the 27th, with the successful hoisting of the last section of the steel truss beam, Guizhou Gui (Guiyang) was contracted by the Second Engineering Co., Ltd. of the Second Public Administration of China Communications The Yangbaoshan Bridge on the Huangping (Huangping) Expressway was officially closed.

The Yangbaoshan Super Bridge spans the Dumu River. It is a six-lane steel truss suspension bridge and the widest steel truss suspension bridge in mountainous areas in China.

The Yangbaoshan Super Bridge is located in Guiding County, Guizhou Province, and is a control project of Guihuang Expressway.

The bridge has a total length of 1112 meters and a main span of 650 meters. The "AS" method of main cable erection technology (AS method) used in the construction of the main cable is the first attempt in China to use it.

According to Zhang Bin, deputy chief engineer of the sixth manager of Guihuang Expressway, the main cable is the main bearing member of the bridge and the lifeline of the entire bridge.

The two main cables of Yangbaoshan Bridge have a total weight of nearly 4,600 tons. Each main cable is composed of 36 through-length strands, and all steel wires are high-strength galvanized steel wires with a diameter of 5.35 mm.

"If the steel wires used are connected, the total length will exceed 26,000 kilometers."

"We have overcome the main construction technology. The bridge uses the AS construction method. The AS method main construction is very different from other processes. The main thing is that the main construction of the cable strands is carried out on the spot." Guihuang Expressway Tong Zengyi, deputy project manager of the Highway Sixth Management Department, told reporters that the overall progress of the project has reached 85%, and the next step is to demolish large areas of temporary facilities.

The Guihuang Expressway project starts in Nanming District of Guiyang City, passes through Wudang District, Longli County, Guiding County, Fuquan City, and finally ends in Huangping County, Southeast Guizhou Prefecture. The end point is connected with Yukai Expressway. The main line is 120.6 kilometers in length.

After the project is completed and opened to traffic, it will become the most convenient expressway for Guiyang to go out of the Yangtze River Delta. This is of great significance for improving the highway transportation network structure in ethnic minority areas such as Qiannan Prefecture and Qiandongnan Prefecture, and promoting resource development along the route.
