Mizuho Bank apologized for 5,000 yen worth of cash vouchers for users who were temporarily unable to withdraw their cash cards and passbooks from ATMs due to a system failure that temporarily made ATMs nationwide unavailable on the 28th of last month. I made it clear that I am distributing it.

According to the bank, the 5,000 yen cash voucher will be distributed to users as a "Quo Card" along with the apology document of President Koji Fujiwara from the end of this month.

The target is 5244 cases where cash cards and passbooks could not be taken out from ATMs due to a system failure that temporarily made about 80% of ATMs nationwide unavailable on the 28th of last month, and another system that occurred on the 3rd of this month. There are 29 cases where ATMs cannot be used due to trouble.

Following a series of failures, banks are changing their ATM system settings to specifications that do not allow bankbooks or cards to be imported during the procedure.

Mizuho Bank says, "We apologize for making our customers wait for a long time in the cold."
