Regarding the problem of improper sales of Japan Post Insurance, the Japan Post Group has made personnel contracts that would be detrimental to customers, and has taken personnel measures against employees and their superiors who violate laws and internal rules. By November last year, about 2000 people had been punished.



According to the people concerned, as a result of continuing the investigation, about 1,300 new employees were suspended or reduced in salary by the 24th.



With this, the internal disposition over the sale of inappropriate insurance is almost over, and the number of people covered is more than 3,300.
