In detail, the Emirati entrepreneur, Abdullah Al-Junaibi, said that he began thinking about establishing his own project when he found that the field of installing and assembling computers was entered by non-specialists in this technology that needs skills, which caused some users to have problems, because some of the pieces that are installed are not Suitable, and not suitable for installation in specific devices.
Al-Junaibi explained to “Emirates Today” that he started his project from his garage in 2015, then established a company called “Enigma Computers” in 2016, and started introducing the company through social media.

Al-Junaibi added that obtaining the fund's loan enabled him to expand the project, to include complementary accessories for computers, tables, and equipment’s furnishings. He was also able to include new employees in the sales and technology teams, as well as developing the company's website.
He indicated that the project includes three main areas, which are the website to order and pay for devices and their requirements, in addition to direct sales by dealing with well-known stores in the country to sell their products, in addition to entering into tenders to provide computer services to companies and various entities in the state.

Al-Junaibi stated that he faced many challenges, especially in light of the repercussions of the Corona pandemic, but he confirmed that he was able to overcome them, explaining that the most prominent of these challenges were the difficulty in obtaining computer parts and supplies from the supplier companies, especially since the pandemic led to the closure of major factories in Supplying countries, which led to a shortage of supplies in light of the high demand for devices globally, and the spread of remote work and study.
He said that he made a great effort to convince suppliers to supply his needs, especially since the demand in the Gulf region is limited compared to the demand in the United States and Europe, which are major markets for computer companies, but he succeeded in the end to obtain a part of his needs, and he resorted to alternative markets to obtain The rest of the needs so that the work does not stop.

Al-Junaibi confirmed that he managed to build a good reputation for the company inside and outside the UAE, as he now receives local supply requests from government companies and institutions, as well as retailers and school students.
