Recently, the reporter visited the measurement quality laboratory, fiber inspection laboratory, food inspection laboratory and catering unit, "zero distance" contact with laboratory equipment testing process, understand the whole process of food production and circulation.
[Explanation] When I came to Ningxia Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection and Testing, various testing laboratories emerged one after another, with a dazzling array of testing instruments.
Among them, indoor air quality testing, physical testing of paper products, and optical testing of ophthalmology are close to everyone's lives.
In Room 1 of the gas phase, the engineer Kang Zhenzhen explained: When the house is being decorated, everyone only knows that formaldehyde is very harmful, but the TVOC exceeding the standard is rarely concerned.

TVOC is the general term for volatile organic compounds, which are widely present in all aspects of our home decoration.
Our curtains, wallpapers, paints, and wood floors will all release TVOC. Now TVOC testing has gradually attracted everyone's attention.
The equipment behind me is the main equipment we use to detect TVOC, a combination of thermal desorber and gas chromatograph.
After we collect TVOC through the adsorption tube (sampling tube) of the thermal analysis (meter) at the customer's home, we attach it through the thermal analysis instrument, and then pass an accurate detection of the gas chromatograph to calculate a value to see if it exceeds the standard.
[Explanation] The second stop came to the Ningxia Fiber Quality Inspection Center. The clothes that everyone wears usually have to be tested here before they can be put into market production and circulation.
Take cashmere sweaters as an example. A finished cashmere sweater must be tested for more than a dozen items such as ingredient content, pilling, and color fastness to rubbing before it can be distributed to the market with confidence.

Now, the laboratory we are in is a constant temperature and humidity room, which is mainly used for inspection and testing of fluff and wool.
Then there is a (group) white cashmere and a (group) purple cashmere in my hands. Our laboratory is to distinguish the authenticity of these cashmeres and determine its grade.
All cashmere products must go through our inspection and testing, and get a qualified inspection report before they can be distributed to the market.
[Explanation] The people regard food as the heaven, and food as the first priority.
In the Ningxia Food Inspection and Research Institute, the inspectors are busy working in various positions, taking samples, testing, and testing. Repeated tasks are carried out dozens or even hundreds of times a day.
And the safety of food in everyone's life is also guaranteed in these repeated and boring experiments.

If it is unqualified, we will report the unqualified result, and the market supervision department will remove the product, recall it, and impose corresponding penalties on its company.

As for the quality of this product, we will conduct random inspections first, and then conduct random inspections for the second time (yes).
