The public price of apartments and villas across the country has risen more than 19% from last year.



This year, the national average public housing price increase rate was 19.08%, the largest increase in 14 years since 22.7% in 2007.



In particular, the rate of increase in public prices was high in areas where house prices surged by 70.68% in Sejong and 23.96% in Gyeonggi and 20.57% in Daejeon.



Seoul rose 19.91%, Busan rose 19.67%, and Ulsan rose 18.68%.



According to the roadmap for realization of published prices announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport last year, the actualization rate, which is the rate of reflecting the market price of air shooting, rose 1.2 percentage points from 69% to 70.2%.



The government plans to raise the realization rate of the public housing price to 90% in 2030.



An official from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport explained, "The realization rate has risen slightly, but the price of apartments has risen a lot last year, and the published price has risen by that level."




Property taxes are expected to rise significantly in areas where the publicly priced soaring, but the government stressed that the tax burden would be reduced for houses with an officially priced less than KRW 600 million, which is more than 92% of the total.



This is because in order to reduce the burden of property tax due to the improvement of the realization rate, the tax rate for houses with the official price of 600 million won or less for three years from this year has been reduced by 0.05 percentage points.



In order to reduce the increase in the burden of health insurance premiums, a plan to increase the property deduction of 5 million won when calculating insurance premiums for local subscribers will also be implemented from November this year.



The proposal for the public housing price announced today (15th) will be confirmed and disclosed on the 29th through deliberation by the Central Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee after receiving opinions from the owners by the 5th of the following month.
