The investigation team is investigating whether or not it has previously invested in 8 housing sites including 6 3rd new towns, Gwacheon District, and Ansan Jangsang District by entering the names and resident registration numbers of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and LH employees in the Real Estate Transaction Management System (RTMS).



The consent of the parties is required to enter personal information into this system.



In the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, 4,503 out of 4,509 people agreed, but 4 did not submit it for reasons of staying abroad, and 2 refused.



LH agreed with 9,799 out of a total of 9839, but 29 did not submit due to military service or staying abroad, and 11 disagreed.



All 13 suspected LH speculators who were confirmed by press conferences such as the participation regiment issued consents.



The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said, "The measures to be taken against the objectors of consent will be announced after the joint investigation team has decided."



The investigation team will receive the consent to provide information about the spouse and direct existence of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and LH employees by tomorrow, and will initiate an investigation immediately.

The investigation team plans to request an investigation by the Joint Special Investigation Headquarters to determine whether any employee with a transaction history of the 3rd new city is suspected of speculation.

In order to recover the unfair gains obtained using undisclosed information, a plan to redeem 3 to 5 times the unfair gains by applying the Capital Markets Act is also being reviewed.



In cases where the unfair profit is so high that it will give serious feelings of loss and anger to the majority of sincere citizens, a measure of aggravated punishment will also be promoted.



According to the Capital Markets Act, if the unfair profit is more than 5 billion won, you will be sentenced to life imprisonment or imprisonment for more than 5 years, and measures to legislate to achieve a similar level of aggravated punishment are being discussed.
