INTERVIEW

Europe 1 investigated Monday on the occasion of International Women's Rights Day and the finding is clear: large French companies are still sorely lacking women at their head.

Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux, head of Medef, deplored this lack on our antenna.

"We lack emblematic leaders. We have a problem in France at the level of the departments that must be dealt with, and not simply for a subject of equality, but also of efficiency".

According to him, "studies show that companies which better integrate women and give women a chance in managerial positions perform better."
