At Mizuho Bank, where ATMs = automatic teller machines cannot be used one after another, there was a problem on the 7th that some ATMs and Internet banking could not temporarily deposit time deposits.

It means that it has already been restored.

According to Mizuho Bank, it has become impossible to deposit time deposits at some ATMs and Internet banking from around 8 am on the 7th.

While working on updating the card loan program, a problem occurred, and as a result, it became impossible to deposit time deposits, so it is said that it was restored by about 1:30 pm.

It is said that there were several inquiries from users, but the number of ATMs that had trouble and the detailed cause are unknown.

At Mizuho Bank, a system failure occurred on the 28th of last month when about 80% of ATMs nationwide could not be used temporarily, and many users could not take out their cards and passbooks from the ATMs. I just had a problem that some ATMs couldn't be used due to another factor.

Mizuho Bank commented, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers."
