At the end of February, at Mizuho Bank, where ATMs around the country became unavailable due to a system failure, there was a problem that some ATMs could not be used for up to 3 hours on the night of the 3rd, and it turned out that there were cases where cash cards were taken in. It was.

The bank explains that it is a different factor than the system failure mentioned earlier.

According to Mizuho Bank, on the night of the 3rd, a total of 29 ATMs in 28 ATMs in Tokyo and Osaka were unavailable for up to 3 hours from 7:58 pm.

In some cases, the cash card was taken into the ATM and did not come back, which means that the return to the user has been completed so far.

Mizuho Bank just had a system failure on the 28th of last month that made 80% of ATMs unavailable nationwide, but explained that this trouble was caused by another factor.

It means that a problem occurred in the equipment of the network center that connects the ATMs, and then the backup function worked and it is now restored.

Mizuho Bank said that it would not hinder its business on the 4th, and commented, "We apologize for any inconvenience caused."
