Among the small business owners whose sales declined from 2019, business-critical businesses such as the travel industry, which were hit harder, received 2 million won, and the rest received 1 million won.



Businesses with 5 or more employees, which were excluded in the third round, and companies with sales of 4 to 1 billion won or less were included, and the number of targets for support increased by 1 million to 3.85 million.

19,500 billion won will be invested, including support for special employment, freelancers, corporate taxi drivers, and street vendors, as well as public jobs and vaccine purchase costs.



Of this, KRW 4.5 trillion is prepared through the existing budget, and KRW 15 trillion is provided through an additional budget. Excluding the fund's resources, KRW 9 trillion is planned to be issued by issuing deficit government bonds.



When the supplement is confirmed, the national debt will reach 966 trillion and the ratio of national debt to gross domestic product will rise to 48.2%.
