The proportion of the manufacturing industry's contribution to the world's manufacturing industry is close to 30%.

During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the average growth rate of high-tech manufacturing value added reached 10.4%, which was 4.9 percentage points higher than the average growth rate of industrial value added.
The proportion of industrial added value in the regulation has also increased from 11.8% at the beginning of the "13th Five-Year Plan" period to 15.1%.
The added value of the information transmission software and information technology service industry has also increased significantly, from about 1.8 trillion to 3.8 trillion, and the proportion of GDP increased from 2.5 to 3.7.
[Explanation] Regarding the measures taken by China's industry and informatization in building a new development pattern, Xiao Yaqing introduced that to build a new development pattern, it is necessary to rely on science and technology to become self-reliant and enhance the innovation capability of the industrial chain.

Mainly focus on some new areas, such as integrated circuits, key software, key new materials, and major equipment. For example, everyone cares about the key areas of the industrial Internet, and strives to solve the "stuck neck" problem and related manufacturing. In this link, speed up the construction of some network systems of manufacturing innovation centers with the national manufacturing innovation center as the core node, strengthen the dominant position of enterprise innovation, and promote the industrialization and large-scale application of new technologies, so as to form new superior manufacturing capabilities.
[Explanation] Talking about the development of new energy vehicles, Xiao Yaqing said that at present, my country's new energy vehicle production and sales have ranked first in the world for six consecutive years, with a total of more than 5.5 million vehicles promoted.
However, new energy vehicles still have many problems in terms of technology, quality, and consumer perception, which need to be further resolved.

In this early stage of the development of new energy vehicles, we must further improve standards and further strengthen quality supervision according to market needs, especially user experience, and enterprises continue to improve their manufacturing standards.
The development of new energy vehicles is inseparable from the layout of charging and swapping infrastructure. We must improve various environmental protection measures such as charging and parking. At the same time, we must also improve the level of electrification of public transportation.

This year, we will continue to rectify and deal with the use of personal information in accordance with the principle of minimum availability in the key areas reported by everyone.
