On February 26, the Ministry of Transport held a regular press conference in Beijing.
At the press conference, Sun Wenjian, spokesperson of the Ministry of Transport, when talking about the online car-hailing market, introduced that online car-hailing driver licenses increased by 21.3% in January.
As of the end of January 2021, a total of 218 online car-hailing platform companies in China have obtained online car-hailing platform operating licenses, and a total of 3.086 million online car-hailing driver licenses and 1.161 million vehicle transportation certificates have been issued.
Compared with the data at the end of October 2020, online car-hailing platform operating permits, online car-hailing driver certificates, and vehicle transportation permits increased by 5.3%, 21.3%, and 9.6% respectively.
It is important to note that among online ride-hailing platforms with orders exceeding 1 million orders, Huaxiaozhu Travel has the lowest double-compliance order completion rate, which is 16.1%.
