The fashion industry is increasing the legal pressure to open its shops against the corona policy of the federal and state governments.

Apparently, the S. Oliver clothing chain is currently investigating a constitutional complaint.

"We have left the possibility of legal action open," said CEO Claus-Dietrich Lahrs to WELT.
