The fashion industry is increasing the legal pressure to open its shops against the corona policy of the federal and state governments.
Apparently, the S. Oliver clothing chain is currently investigating a constitutional complaint.
"We have left the possibility of legal action open," said CEO Claus-Dietrich Lahrs to WELT.
“If we decide to do so, we would justify a lawsuit very fundamentally and bring up the claims that we associate with it very vehemently.” The business of S. Oliver was “disrupted by political decisions to the extent that we were have not experienced it in the past 50 years ”.
