The Dubai Land Department announced yesterday that it has completed more than 1,400,000 digital services for its customers during the year 2020, through its smart channels, namely the department’s website and the “Dubai Rest” application, as part of the digital transformation process that the department is pursuing to support Dubai’s smart vision in a tangible way, consistent with the objectives of the Dubai Paperless Strategy, in addition to its endeavors to establish a culture of creativity and innovation in the department, and to provide innovative creative services.

A real estate destination

The Director General of the Department, Sultan Butti bin Mejren, said that «Dubai Lands» seeks to make the Emirate of Dubai the first real estate destination in the world in innovation, confidence and happiness.

He added: “Based on this vision, we continue to provide and enhance our innovative and smart services, keeping pace with the latest relevant global systems, which contributes to the consolidation of a culture of innovation and digital transformation, which in turn is reflected in the transparency of the procedures provided to customers, which is a fundamental basis for the development of the real estate sector. And to provide a safe, healthy and supportive environment for the various aspects of the real estate sector in the emirate.

In turn, the CEO of Emirates Real Estate Solutions - the technical arm of "Dubai Land", Khalifa Al-Zareem Al-Suwaidi, said that the aforementioned data on the number of digital services in the past year reflects the great role played by "Dubai Land" through its technical arm, "Emirates Solutions Company."
