During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the overseas operating income of central enterprises exceeded 24 trillion yuan, the total profit was close to 600 billion yuan, and the rate of return on foreign investment reached 6.7%.

The overseas service network of communication companies has spread to more than 40 countries. The construction and operation of more than 20 industrial parks including the China-Belarus Industrial Park has effectively deepened industrial cooperation with countries and regions along the route.
