INTERVIEW

What if the solution to regain a normal life and to be able to travel around the world was through a "health certificate"?

A document that meets all requirements

"Some people want a PCR test, others a serological test, or even proof of vaccination ... We must therefore create an electronic document, which we would call a health certificate, which allows all the data to be stored. depending on what the country asks you, or the place you want to go to, you present it. "

Jean-François Rial also specifies that this electronic certificate must be "readable but not storable by whoever reads it, so as to avoid the problem of data theft".

CORONAVIRUS ESSENTIALS

> Are private parties really prohibited with the curfew?

> Coronavirus: a universal vaccine available "towards the end of the year"

> The English variant would cause slightly different symptoms

> Audio, webcams ... When technology adapts to teleworking

> Containment is good for the planet

In the form of a QR code?

For his part, the president of Travel Companies, Jean-Pierre Mas, also a supporter of this health certificate, advanced Saturday on Europe 1 that this document could take the form of a QR code, a symbol to be scanned.

A system that would limit falsifications at best, according to the latter.

In addition, Jean-Pierre Mas denies any idea of exclusion of a part of the population which does not yet have access to the vaccine with this method.

"On this health certificate that we want, there would be both vaccines and tests. And there is no sorting, since everyone in France has the opportunity to perform a PCR test for free."
