  According to the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, during the New Year’s Day, Jiangxi’s commercial authorities at all levels, in conjunction with the Internet Information, Industry and Information Technology, Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Market Supervision, and Post Management Departments, have guided various entities in various regions to carefully plan the "tens of millions" of Ganpai New Year's goods promotion, online New Year's goods promotion by offline business entities, New Year's goods live broadcast, Commercial Tesco New Year's goods promotion, Jiangxi time-honored New Year's goods promotion, Poverty Alleviation New Year's goods exhibition and sales, Gan-flavored New Year's Eve dinner reunion home, community group buying New Year's goods, Ganpo gift promotion Online New Year's goods promotion activities, guided more than 60 e-commerce platforms (special pavilions and shops), more than 1,200 key e-commerce companies, and more than 150 local entity business backbone enterprises, and collected more than 10,000 famous, special, and high-quality products for the New Year.   Online New Year goods sales are booming.

According to monitoring data, during the "2021 Jiangxi Online New Year Festival" (January 20 to February 18), the province's online retail sales of products reached 10.298 billion yuan, an increase of 26.3% year-on-year.

Among them, Nanchang City, Ganzhou City, and Jiujiang City ranked the top three in Jiangxi in online retail sales.

Gannan navel orange, four special wines, Huangshanghuang brine products, Nanchang rice noodles, southern jujube cakes, Nanan dried duck, Guangchang white lotus, Jiangxi camellia oil, Lushan Yunwu tea, Jiujiang tea cake, Gougunao tea, Nanfeng mandarin, Fengcheng frozen rice candy, Wannian Gong rice, Jinggangshan bamboo shoots and more than 50 kinds of Gan-flavored New Year goods are selling hot online.

Among the agricultural products, the online retail of snack foods, grains and oils, and fruits leads the way; the sales of edible oil, vegetables, and rice are among the top daily necessities; the online supply of anti-epidemic materials such as masks is sufficient and the prices are slightly higher.

  The consumption of online catering and other services is booming.

Jiangxi's online catering online retail sales reached 1.309 billion yuan. During the Meituan Jiangxi New Year Festival, the transaction volume increased by 418.8% year-on-year, the number of transaction merchants increased by 59.7%, and the number of transaction users increased by 309.9%.
