house prices have risen recently, real estate brokerage fees, so-called compounding costs, have also increased, and the National Rights Commission of Korea issued a reorganization plan last week.

When buying and selling a house worth more than 900 million won, lowering the commission was the key, but it was found that the commission increased in houses under 900 million won, which account for most of the real estate transactions.

While trying to change the fee system, there is a controversy over whether the burden of the common people only increases.

In the case of an 84-square-meter apartment that was sold for 590 million won a while ago, the seller and the buyer now only have to pay 2.36 million won as an intermediary fee, but if you apply the reform plan, you will have to pay an additional 600,000 won each.

This is because the commission rate rises 0.1%p from now when trading houses between 200 million won and less than 900 million won.

When you buy a house, you have a lot of money to go in, so it is a burden (the brokerage fee).

If the house price is low, the brokerage fee should be lower.]

Last year, 95% of apartment transactions nationwide amounted to less than 900 million won, but most of the people's fee burden is increasing.

On the other hand, apartments with KRW 1.2 billion or more are lowered by more than 0.5%p from now, leading to controversy over equity.

Kwonik Committee explained that the key was to lower the fees for houses over 900 million won, which increased a lot, and that the increase in transaction fees under 900 million won was not large, and that the lease transaction brokerage fees were reduced in all sections.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is planning to finalize the improvement plan within July.
