Specialized in the management of common areas of office buildings, the company Welcome at Work offers nearly a hundred positions for the year 2021, including 70 on permanent contracts.

Its founder, Nicolas Beuvaden, presents Wednesday at the microphone of Europe 1 the characteristics of these offers intended, for a large part, to young people.

INTERVIEW

After the # Europe1Solidaire week, Europe 1 continues to mobilize for youth employment, particularly affected by the current coronavirus crisis.

A sector of the economy in full development, real estate services companies are recruiting.

This is particularly the case with Welcome at Work, a platform that offers a set of tailor-made services dedicated to the management of common areas of office buildings, "inspired by the codes of high-end hotels", boasts its founder, Nicolas Beuvaden.

He was invited from

La France bouge

, Wednesday, on Europe 1, to present the available offers.

Growth of around 70% in 2021

"The service is physically embodied in the buildings by our employees, the welcome managers, who provide day-to-day reception, reception, concierge and well-being services", recalls the manager.

"They organize a number of events to bring the community of the building to life. The concept is now deployed in 35 buildings which house 250 companies and 30,000 employees."

"

There are then 70 positions in our buildings of welcome managers, with two levels of responsibilities

"

While the company "should open 20 new buildings in 2021, with growth of around 70%", the recruitment of 90 people on permanent contracts is expected this year, "including half of young people under 26" , specifies Nicolas Beuvaden.

"These 90 positions are segmented into two parts: around twenty positions at head office, in support functions, mainly around sales and marketing. Then there are 70 positions in our welcome managers buildings, with two levels of responsibility."

About ten internships

The first level of responsibility "corresponds to senior welcome managers, who are rather experienced profiles with 5 to 10 years of experience in the hotel industry", describes the manager.

"There are also junior welcome managers who, as their name suggests, are younger profiles. Ideally, but not necessarily, with a first operational experience in customer relations, events, commerce or reception. "

In addition to these 90 positions, around ten internships are offered by the company.

"The objective is to be able to allow young people to integrate the company in internship, then to switch to CDI at the end of their internship", promises Nicolas Beuvaden.
