Dubai real estate actions record 1.4 billion dirhams

Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department exceeded 1.4 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 146 pledges, amounting to 260.9 million dirhams, including 24 pledges of land, amounting to 55.88 million dirhams, and 122 sales to apartments and villas, amounting to 205.01 million dirhams.

The most important land sales, with a value of four million dirhams, came in the "Nad Al Sheba 1" area, followed by a pledge of three million dirhams in the "Al-Habiya Al-Fourth" area, then a pledge of the same value in the "Wadi Al-Safa 5" area.

“Nad Al Sheba Third” topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, as it recorded 14 pledges at a value of 34 million dirhams, followed by “Jebel Ali First” by registering two sales of two million dirhams, and a third in “Nad Al Sheba First” by registering two sales of six million dirhams.

A pledge of 13 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area came as the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 12 million dirhams in the "Palm Jumeirah" area, and finally a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the "Al Thanyah Fifth" area.

"Dubai Marina" led the regions, in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 13 pledges at a value of 23 million dirhams, followed by the "Al-Thanyah Fifth District" by registering 12 pledges at a value of 21 million dirhams, and a third in "Al-Barsha South Fourth" by recording nine sales of six Millions of dirhams.

In turn, mortgages recorded a value of 978.19 million dirhams, 19 of which were mortgaged for lands worth 238.19 million dirhams, and 56 mortgages for villas and apartments worth 740 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Business Bay" area, at a value of 488 million dirhams, and another in the Wadi Al-Safa 7 area, at a value of AED 488 million. 292 million dirhams.

As for donations, 20 donations worth 199.18 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in the "Palm Jumeirah" area with a value of 130 million dirhams, and the other was in the Al-Thanyah Fourth area, at a value of 30 million dirhams.
