  Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, my country has strengthened transportation poverty alleviation planning and design, continued to increase investment, focused on overcoming deep poverty fortresses, and resolutely won the battle of transportation poverty alleviation.

Industrial development is supported

From 2012 to 2019, approximately 59,000 kilometers of resource roads, tourist roads and industrial roads were rebuilt in impoverished areas.

  The construction of the county and village three-level rural logistics network system and the "express delivery to the countryside" project has been accelerated, and 25 rural logistics service brands have been created. Boost rural revitalization

  Another important task of transportation poverty alleviation is to improve the level of equalization of basic public services and strive to ensure that the public enjoys the right to transportation services fairly.

  By the end of August 2020, my country has basically realized 100% access to passenger cars in qualified towns and villages, and rural logistics has also developed rapidly, which has effectively promoted the integration of urban and rural transportation.

As of the end of 2019, 52 demonstration counties for the integration of urban and rural transportation have been launched, and the proportion of districts and counties with integrated urban and rural transportation development levels reaching AAA and above AAAA level exceeds 95% and 79% respectively.

  The development of transportation integration has also ensured the interconnection of urban and rural infrastructure, and the level of public services such as education, medical care, culture, and elderly care in rural areas has also been improved simultaneously, which has promoted the accelerated development of urban and rural economic integration.

  At the same time, all localities regard the construction of rural roads as an important entry point for the construction of "clean and clean villages" and "village civilization" in the new socialist countryside.
