At the same time, last year this group of mortgage holders became the only one whose share fell - by 1.4 percentage points.

It is noted that the largest increase in the issuance of loans for the purchase of housing has grown in the segment of borrowers from 40 to 50 years: their share in five years jumped by 5.1 percentage points, and in 2020 - by one percentage point, to 23.8%.
