"Chinese investors in Motor Sich have increased the preliminary amount of losses by at least $ 100 million concerning their claims in a dispute against Ukraine, which is being considered in international arbitration, from $ 3.5 billion to at least $ 3.6 billion," statement.
It is clarified that the increase in the amount of claims is due to the expansion of the group of plaintiffs by several more Chinese shareholders who have suffered "significant losses as a result of Ukraine's actions in violation of its international obligations."
Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba commented on the imposition by Kiev of sanctions against Chinese companies that are investors in the Ukrainian company Motor Sich.
