On the occasion of the # Europe1Solidaire week devoted to students and youth in general, the program "La France bouge" gives a voice to those who hire during this complicated period.
In 2021, the company Daniel Moquet offers 600 positions, more than half of which are apprenticeships, explains the network's general manager, Pauline Moquet, on Wednesday.

In this period upset by the coronavirus, Europe 1 has decided to give pride of place to job offers for young people.
Offers offered by the company Daniel Moquet, a network of landscapers made up of 280 franchises throughout France.

The director general of the Daniel Moquet network spoke of these positions which can allow young people to progress quickly in this promising sector.

"Over the year, we have more than 600 positions to be filled. Of these 600 positions, we have 350 in apprenticeship and 250 workers," explains the manager at the microphone of Elisabeth Assayag and Emmanuel Duteil.
"We are looking for apprentice landscapers that we will train in our profession in order to have positions to be filled later."
Learning, "the royal road"
The company specializes in two areas: walkways for individuals, on the one hand, and carpentry, fences and gates for individuals, on the other hand, which involves work outside.
A sector that has taken advantage of the current period, where we spend more time at home.
"You might as well be at home and improve your exterior and garden", defends Pauline Moquet.
"Due to the strong demand for deconfinement, we have more and more work."

The company has decided to target its recruitments towards apprentices.
"We consider that this is the royal road to evolve in our company", underlines the manager.
"We have good backgrounds with us, young people who arrived at 15 as an apprentice landscaper. They were then hired as workers, we trained them in business, they became salespeople, then agency managers and franchisees. We even have some who are multi-franchisees and reproduce the model. "
