Permission from Etihad Airways regarding travel to Kuwait

Etihad Airways said that, following the recent directives issued by the State of Kuwait, new travel restrictions will be imposed, and they will be applied to Etihad Airways flights to the State of Kuwait, starting tomorrow, the seventh of February.

A spokesman for Etihad Airways said that the carrier will continue its flights to and from the State of Kuwait according to the scheduled schedule, but entry to Kuwait will be restricted to Kuwaiti citizens, first-degree relatives, domestic workers accompanying their Kuwaiti sponsors, diplomats, travelers on diplomatic assignments, and health personnel from the government and private sector.

He pointed out that Etihad Airways' flights coming from Kuwait to Abu Dhabi were not affected by these developments.

He noted that the Etihad is working closely with affected travelers to inform them of urgent changes to their travel plans and help them adjust them.

He also advised travelers who have booked their tickets through travel agents to speak to the relevant travel agency for assistance, indicating that more information will be provided as soon as it is received.
